- www.dealsnsoffers.com do not charge for Delivery & Shipping, but in exceptional and rare case the TATA SKY Installer may request for extra charges with details of any extra/additional accessories requirement if any which will have to be managed by customer with the TATA SKY installer separately, any additional amount to be paid has to be by way of recharge in your TATA SKY Sub Id only.
- On Order receipt Delivery & Shipping is initiated/booked online by www.dealsnsoffers.com within 4 to12 business hours and customers will receive real time SMS from TATA SKY system on their registered Mobile number ( RMN) intimating the work order ( WO) Number & Sub Id. Post WO generation TATA SKY installation team from local ( your Pin code ) area will call on the RMN within 4-5 hours and will schedule fastest installation appointment and will attempt best possible way to complete the installation and activation within the scheduled appointment time.

Delivery and Shipping is subject to various factors such as Customer availability, Product Availability, Installation site conditions/readiness, Society approvals for Antenna Installations, Installation address geographical & socio-political conditions etc.,
In general the Delivery and Shipping are attempted within 6 to 24 hours post WO generation, in some cases there can be delay for uncontrollable/unpredictable scenarios.In case of delays you can mail us on support@dealsnsoffers.com. we will assist you for faster installations in best possible way.

The Product cost includes following

- 1 Years Warranty.
- 1 Year Service Warranty.
- 1 month subscription Pack as per product selected.
- Product is delivered by TATA SKY installer at the time of Installation in Standard TATA SKY packing.
- In few and very rare cases the Delivery & Shipping is not possible due to Technical or non-technical reasons this will be informed to you by the installer, in such case your 100% amount will be refunded within 10-15 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not available for TATA SKY products.
- Orders can be booked from across the World, strictly with Credit/Debit card issued from India and for Delivery & Shipping only in India.
